Williamson County Luxury Real Estate Agent

What a great experience we had with Gray Fox Realty. Ashley Hicks was outstanding to work with and did an exemplary job in selling our property. I can’t say enough good things about her.

So thankful to have worked with Ashley at Grey Fox Realty while selling our home in Springhill. Ashley provided valuable information regarding pricing, marketing, as well as preparation and staging that made the difference in selling our home. Highly recommend Ashley and Grey Fox Realty!

Also of great value was Ashley's willingness to dig into and discover details (restrictive covenants on prospective properties). Ashley is a true professional who is trustworthy, conscientious, caring and knowledgeable. Ashley has personally purchased many homes and she was able to offer tremendous general insight gained through her efforts. And although I cannot recall an instance of needing to, we understood she had a team of credible professionals to provide whatever knowledge, guidance or insight that might behoove us. She is exceedingly likeable. Ashley works with others whom we met and they too were wonderful during our initiation, review, purchase and throughput of our transaction. We asked for vendors we might reach out to and she crafted a detailed list of vendors we have been extremely pleased with before, during and after our move. Though we have purchased many homes, we will look forward to working with Ashley again anywhere she might consider working with us. If you are seeking to buy or sell property in Middle Tennessee you would be remiss to not seriously consider a conversation with Ashley Hicks.

Ashley was perfect! She listens to your expectations and finds properties that fit them. The whole home buying process was really smooth and pretty easy with Ashley. Ashley helped me find a home that has great potential for renovation at a great price! It doesn’t look like much now, but with the money I’ll save on the purchase price, I’ll make it look sharp as a tack in no time. She also adds personal touches like gifting me with an Awkward Family Photos calendar after giving me the keys to my new place, as I had remarked that I liked the website while we were waiting for paperwork to process. It’s just another example of her attention to detail.

Ashley was incredible! She literally held our hands through the whole process. Being first time home buyers we were completely out of our league. She took the time to explain terms to us, and even went so far as to give us time away when everything became too much. She answered emails and texts with no hesitation. We simply can not say enough amazing things about her!Ashley was incredible! She literally held our hands through the whole process. Being first time home buyers we were completely out of our league. Ashley was there every step of the way, from our move to Tennessee, renting an apartment while we looked for a home to buy, all the way through the purchase of our home! She had great knowledge of Williamson County, was responsive to all calls and emails, and most importantly was honest with us when answering our questions. Ashley is always super friendly, personable, and was great with our kids. Highly recommend you give her a call.

Ashley is the total professional. My real estate transaction was complicated and needed a agent that could think on her feet and handle a long distance transaction. Ashley led this process that included both WEB based mortgage assets and multiple agencies The result was perfect I can give no higher recommendation.

She reached out to us with new information regarding land history and current regulations on building our new home. She was very thorough with information and was consistently checking in with us for any questions we may have. She is very knowledgeable with the Tennessee real estate guidelines and we are very happy that she was our broker as we are from out of state. We highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a home or land in Tennessee.
